Service Description
4-hour private land-use request at Wild Soul Sanctuary, Kansas City, Kansas. Regular Practitioner love-donation rate. Hourly rates: Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–6 p.m.: $55; Monday–Thursday 6–10 p.m.: $66; Friday–Sunday 8 a.m.–10 p.m.: $99. Hours crossing 6 p.m. Monday–Thursday are calculated separately at the applicable rate for each period. The 14-hour option runs 8 a.m.–10 p.m.; its undiscounted base is $814 Monday–Thursday or $1386 Friday–Sunday. A 10% sanctuary care and maintenance fee is added to the land-use total after the applicable discount. Promotions: 33% off a first booking; 33% off repeat bookings taking place in December 2026; 11% off repeat bookings taking place in January 2027. One eligible discount per booking. Two-hour minimum. Setup and cleanup must fit within the reserved time. Maximum 15 guests. Requests require April's approval and a confirmed total before payment and reservation confirmation. Quiet use after 8 p.m. Sound equipment and instruments must not be plainly audible across residential property lines during the city's 8 p.m.–7 a.m. restricted period. Disturbing noise is prohibited at any hour. Reference: Unified Government Code, Section 22-128. Pricing is confirmed after review of the requested date, time, rate tier, and promotion eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
Land-use requests require approval and a confirmed love-donation total. Hours: 8am–10pm Central. Minimum 2 hours; 4-, 7- and 14-hour options available. Maximum 15 guests. Include setup and cleanup within your reserved time. Needs-based / regular hourly rates: Mon–Thu before 6pm $33 / $55; Mon–Thu from 6pm $44 / $66; Fri–Sun $77 / $99. Visits crossing 6pm use the applicable rate for each hour. First booking 33% off; returning December 2026 visits 33% off; returning January 2027 visits 11% off. One discount per booking. A 10% sanctuary care and maintenance fee is added after the discount. The calculator provides an estimate only; availability and discount eligibility are confirmed with approval. Please plan quiet use after 8pm and keep sound from carrying across the property boundary during quiet hours. Unreasonable or disturbing noise is prohibited at any hour. Weekly booking priority: Tier 1 = 5 or more approved sanctuary work hours; Tier 2 = more than 0 but fewer than 5 approved hours; Regular = 0 approved hours. Use the previous completed Monday-Sunday week in America/Chicago for the current week's tier. 1 approved hour = 1 energy credit. Tier 1 may request up to 90 days ahead; Tier 2 up to 83 days; Regular up to 76 days. April verifies approved hours and the applicable window before approving each booking. Confirmed bookings are never displaced. Priority is independent of needs-based or regular practitioner donation rates. No credit deduction or donation discount is implied.
